With experience spanning construction, healthcare, facility services, and mortgage industries, Brooke brings a well-rounded and practical approach to procurement.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Widener University. Brooke specializes in vendor partnerships, cost optimization, and process development.
Kieleigh Dunn works as an Investment Analyst for Michaels Investment Management, acting as a liaison for OneSource Procurement. She supports the development of standardized processes and procedures, price tracking and vendor communication, and contributes to strategic sourcing initiatives. By analyzing trends and improving reporting, Kieleigh helps drive informed decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
Sara is a consultant to OneSource, serving as the Brands & Standards Compliance Manager. She is an architect and an Associate with Urban Practice, a planning, architecture and interior design firm strategically partnered with The Michaels Organization. She has 35 years of professional experience in architecture and construction, and specializes in multi-family residential. In addition, she has extensive experience in institutional, major rehabilitations, and manufacturing facilities.
Sara works closely with OneSource on a day-to-day basis. In her role as compliance manager, it is her responsibility to ensure established product and system standards are current and adhered to, as well as vet updates and potential new vendors, products and systems. She must also maintain lines of communication with multiple parties in design, construction and operations. Passionate about the value that OneSource brings, she helps create solutions to problems and challenges during design, construction and for projects completed and in service.
In her role with Urban Practice, Sara is the chief specifications writer and helps manage the firm’s QA-QC. She is also interested in advancements in systems and materials improving the built environment. Sara holds degrees from Miami University, Ohio (B.E.D), and the University of California, Berkeley (M. Arch.) and is a registered architect in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
